Introduction:

In 1990, East and West Germany merged, and Berlin was about to hold a historic election.

In this era, there is no need for elaborate elections. Instead, political factions are competing against each other, and each district has already been won.

The successfully elected leaders are majestic and awe-inspiring, but who is the puppet master behind all this?

Background:

In 1990, facing the fallen Berlin Wall, OSSI and WESSI began to imagine a future where the dawn and fog of East and West Germany intertwined... This year is a well-known turning point, an experiment that affected Europe, the Soviet Union, the United States and even the whole world.

Faced with the constant turmoil of the Soviet Union, the worries of neighboring France, and the attention of the United States, various people from OSSI and WESSI proposed plans one after another. The passion of the left and the ambition of the right intertwined and collided. Some dreamed of reshaping the old order, while others hoped to build a new world. In the undercurrent of power, the remnants of the old forces and the pioneers of the new world also took the opportunity to appear. At this time, Kohl put forward a ten-point plan, every word of which was carefully considered, trying to draw up a blueprint for unification.

But the focus now is on choosing a chancellor who can lead the new Germany - someone who can ride the storm.

All parties appear on stage, respecting each other on the surface, but fighting each other in private. Who can use the wishes of the voters and make plans? The puppeteer who manipulates everything behind the scenes is the biggest winner in this game.

Who will wear the crown that symbolizes power? And who will control the overall situation?

Story:

"Mr. Kohl, the wall has finally fallen. The day you have been waiting for has come," said the secretary.

"The days after today are what we're looking forward to," Kohl said.

"There are a lot of messages from various countries. Do we need to listen to all of them?" asked the secretary.

Kohl shook his head and said, "No need. Whether it's the Soviet Union or the United States, the old power or the new world, everyone just wants a piece of the pie in the chaos of Berlin."

The document in Kohl's hand was wrinkled from excessive force.

"The first prime minister after the merger," Kohl said, "will directly influence the fate of OSSI and WESSI."

The secretary asked, "What about you, sir?"

Kohl raised the documents in his hand. "I'm here." Kohl picked up his coat.

The secretary heard this and said, "So you're not coming back tonight?"

Kohl: "No, I will come back someday."

The secretary smiled and asked, "Prime Minister Kohl?"

Kohl smiled: "Or Kohl puppet."

The secretary opened the door and said, "I hope you will still be yourself when you return."

There is no such thing as hope, and there is no such thing as non-hope. The world is in such a mess that it is hard to describe.

Kohl's figure gradually fades away, and only those who are sober are crawling on the rugged fate.
